November 9, 2008: March to the Gates of U.S. Southern Command

Send a message to the next Commander in Chief! On Sunday, November 9, please join SOA Watch South Florida, the Coalition of Immokalee Workers, the Lake Worth Catholic Worker, Miami for Peace, Miami May Day Coaltion, the National Lawyer's Guild South Florida, Pax Christi St. Maurice and Veterans for Peace Chapter 32 in a march and vigil in solidarity with the upcoming annual SOA Watch vigil at Ft. Benning.

We'll have music and speakers followed by a funeral march to the gates of the U.S. Southern Command and a vigil to honor the victims and survivors of the SOA and demand an end to the training of terrorists and torturers in the United States. SouthCom is responsible for all of the U.S. military activities in Latin America and the Caribbean.
