SUNDAY, MARCH 28:
Location: GW Law School (20th St. and H St., NW, Washington, DC)

10:45 am ? 12:45 pm I. Plenary Session: Lobbying Congress to Close the SOA/WHINSEC
12:45 pm - 1:45 pm Lunch (provided)
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm II. Strategic Training Workshops
4:15 pm - 6:15 pm III. Strategic Training Workshops
6:45 pm ? 9:45 pm Mass Action Planning Meeting & Affinity Group Formation Find out about the mass action and how you can plug in.
(Workshops will be provided in the areas of Anti-Oppression Training, Direct Action/Nonviolence Traing, and Lobby Training)
MONDAY, MARCH 29:
8:00 am Gather at Upper Senate Park for Creative Direct Actions on Capitol Hill. Regather at Upper Senate Park at 11:45 am.
9:00 am ? 5:00 pm Alternate Lobby Day - Lobby Materials, Assistance and Meeting Space (United Methodist Building)
4:00 pm ? 5:30 pm Press and Congressional Briefing on Capitol Hill (2456 Rayburn House Office Building, Independence Ave and South Capitol St)
TUESDAY, MARCH 30: LOBBY DAY!
8:00 am ? 8:45 am Opening Gathering at the Church of the Reformation, 212 E. Capitol St.
9:00 am ? 5:00 pm LOBBY CENTRAL: Get materials and assistance, and meet to prepare and debrief your meetings. (United Methodist Building)
9:00 am ? 10:30 am Lobby Training (repeat of Sunday morning training) at the United Methodist Building
Noon ? 4:30 pm Silent Witness near First Street (in front of the Supreme Court) - bring your banners and signs for closing the SOA/WHINSEC, hand out flyers, and reflect.
4:30 pm ? 5:00 pm Closing Gathering near the fountain in Upper Senate Park (rain location: Upper Methodist Building)
