September 23, 2011 General René Sanabria, head of Bolivia's anti-drug unit until 2009, was sentenced to 14 years for cocaine trafficking, in a Miami court. General Sanabria was trained at the US Army's School of the Americas, in a Psychological Operations Course in 1993.
