Steve Jacobs to be released on July 12th

Steve Jacobs, the last remaining Prisoner of Conscience of the group of the SOA 26 was released on July 12th. Steve, whose partner is Lana Jacobs, is a folk musician and co-founder of the St. Francis Catholic Worker House, a homeless shelter in Columbia, Missouri. He had been sentenced to 12 month in federal prison for crossing the line onto the Fort Benning military base.
