Illinois Maya Ministry
Provides educational and supportive work to Mayan people who have fled from Guatemala to Chiapas, Mexico, plus to peoples in Guatemala. People from anywhere in the country are welcome and encouraged to experience this culture first-hand by attending the on-site tours. IMM is a way to give and a way to get; to gain the enriching life experience of these oppressed people. It is a way to learn a joy from the simple basics of life as the talented Mayan people live it.
